From our bespoke fabric compositions and lightweight linen apparel to our signature calçadão-inspired prints and frescobol beach bats, our house collection neatly packages up our best of.
1. The Frescobol-blend
Arguably one of the most beach-friendly fabrics outside of actual swimwear, terry-cotton is a fabric woven with loops on both sides of the thread to maximize absorption. Our house-blend of terry is a researched balance of Linen, Lyocell and cotton, enhancing the functional construction of the fabric. 100% bespoke to Frescobol, our house-blend Terry is supremely quick-drying, lightweight and luxuriously soft.
2. Light-weight Linen
Woven from the finest Flax for warm weather, we like to think we have mastered the art of Linen. The craft needs the know-how of generations of flax growers to assure the highest quality. It’s this characteristic that keeps production rooted in the territories of origin, contributing to the economic and social wellbeing of the growing areas -and keeping its carbon footprint to a minimum.
3. House Prints
Our house prints are rooted in the varied landscapes and synonymous shapes of Rio De Janeiro. All designed in-house by our design team, our prints are 100% bespoke to Frescobol Carioca and are reinterpreted with a fresh lens for each of our seasonal collections.
4. Frescobol Bats
Central to our core collection are of course our namesake, iconic Frescobol bats. Hand-crafted from several layers of sustainably sourced wood offcuts, each is entirely one-of-a-kind and finished with a sea and sand-resistant resin. Fusing centuries old craftsmanship with a playful charm, these bats characterize our values -and are something we do really well.
